Conserve Water with Navy Showers
Tuesday, August 26th, 2008“Al” over on YouTube recently put up a video of himself taking a shower, thankfully keeping the naughty bits out of frame. With Navy Showers, he explains, we can all do our part to conserve water. These modified showers are often used on boats or submarines where fresh water is at a premium.
Briefly, here’s how to take a Navy Shower:
- Turn on water
- Wet your body thoroughly, but quickly
- Turn off water
- Lather up and scrub
- Turn water back on and thoroughly rinse off the soap
